The master of composition and this is my small tribute to him and his work. It was quite early in the morning on the East coast of England when I noticed that the sand and waves made an almost perfect path across the scene. However before I could re frame the shot to take in this fact a few early morning walkers were taking the seaside air. One gentleman had already crossed my frame and you can see his footprints in the foreground however what caught my attention was the man looking at his phone oblivious to the perfect morning. It was with the greatest luck that just at that moment another walker came into frame. I waited until everything framed up to the ‘thirds’ and shot the scene.
Totally spontaneous and framed by footprints and the blue of the sky the two beach walkers are separated not only be distance but by their appreciation of what nature has to offer.
